Shipping & Delivery - How long does shipping take?
Due to the specialized nature and size of our products, shipping times can vary. Please see our detailed Shipping Policy for estimates.
• Standard Shipping: 30-60 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 15-30 business days (if available).
These are estimates, and transit times begin once the item leaves our fulfillment partner’s warehouse. - Why is shipping so long?
Our solar systems are high-value, large-scale items that are often shipped via ocean freight or specialized international carriers to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness. This process, including customs clearance, requires more time than standard parcel delivery. - Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. - What are your shipping destinations?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact us first at contact@stisel.com to check feasibility and obtain a quote.
Returns & Refunds - What is your return policy?
Due to the custom, high-value, and logistical complexity of our solar products, all sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to review all specifications and contact us with any questions before purchasing. We will only consider returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective, or in the case of a major shipping error. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details. - What if my product arrives damaged?
You must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. If you find any damage, you must contact us at contact@stisel.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Please provide your order number and clear photos/video of the damage. We will work with our logistics and insurance partners to resolve the issue, typically by shipping replacement parts.
Product & Support - Do you provide technical support or installation services?
We provide basic technical support for the products we sell regarding specifications and general operation. However, we do not offer on-site installation services. We recommend consulting with a certified local electrician or solar installer for system setup and installation to ensure it meets all local building and electrical codes. - Are the products compatible with my home/business?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they order are compatible with their specific application, existing electrical systems, and local regulations. Our customer service team can provide product datasheets and specifications to assist in your decision-making, but final compatibility verification rests with the customer.
