Refunds or returns will only be considered under the following strict circumstances:
• Damaged or Defective Items: You must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is physically damaged or has a verifiable manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. We will require clear photographic and/or video evidence to file a claim with our logistics and insurance partners.
• Major Shipping Error: If you receive an item that is fundamentally different from what was described in your order confirmation (e.g., wrong model, missing critical components), you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. - Process for Eligible Claims
If your situation meets the above criteria, you must contact us at contact@stisel.com within the specified timeframe. Please include your order number and detailed evidence.
• For Damaged/Defective Items: Upon verification and approval, our primary resolution will be to ship replacement parts or a replacement unit. In situations where a replacement is not feasible, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund.
• For Major Shipping Errors: Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item. Once the item is received and inspected at our designated facility, we will ship the correct product. - Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
• Change of mind or inaccurate order placement.
• Discovery of a cheaper price elsewhere.
• Failure to ensure product compatibility with your home, business, local regulations, or electrical grid.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact the product’s core functionality or performance.
• Delays in shipping or customs clearance.
• Installation challenges or a lack of technical expertise to install the product. - Return Shipping Costs
For any return approved due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns related to damage in transit, a physical return may not be required, and we will resolve the issue directly through our insurance claim process. - Refund Processing Time
